Bart Jackson, Sales Associate
A 20-year veteran of the Charleston real estate market, Bart Jackson represents the third generation in his family to focus on the real estate profession. Originally from Newport News and Williamsburg, Virginia, he discovered his love for the South Carolina Lowcountry while earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Charleston. After graduating, he acquired his real estate appraisal license and gained experience at two local appraisal firms before opening his own firm in 2000.
Jordy Schaffner, Sales Associate
Originally from the Washington DC area, Jordy Schaffner discovered the appeal of the Lowcountry as a student at the College of Charleston, where he fell in love with a lifestyle that allowed him to pursue interests like golf, tennis, running and paddleboarding year-round. His Charleston real estate experience began in 2001 at a well-established boutique residential and commercial brokerage firm located in downtown Charleston. He then broadened his experience by joining a Fortune 500 homebuilder where he was soon recognized as the company’s top producer within South Carolina.
Wendy Thrower, Sales Associate
Wendy has a love of all things related to HOME. Married to a real estate and building executive, she has lived in cities throughout the southeast, where she has purchased and renovated many homes. When she found herself helping friends and others with their personal real estate needs, she realized it was time to get her real estate license. During the past eight years she has sold property in three major markets: Atlanta, Charlotte and Charleston. Her personal and professional experiences have given her the skills and knowledge to help her clients successfully navigate the process of buying or selling a home.
Bonnie Geer, Sales Associate
Bonnie, a born-and-raised ‘Charlestonian’, has lived her entire life here and is very passionate about the ‘Holy City’. Her family owned and operated Brittain’s of Charleston, a successful retail store on lower King Street for more than 30 years, which was where Bonnie learned her hard work ethic at the early age of nine. Fast forward a few years and Bonnie has enjoyed a successful and seasoned sales career with a strong background in real estate, marketing and philanthropic development.
